Nua Living ("we", "us"), CRO No. 669725, operates nualiving.ie. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the GDPR and Irish data protection law.

What we collect

• Enquiry details — when you request a quote or contact us we collect your name, phone number, email address, county, project preferences, your answers to the planning-exemption checker, and anything you write in your message.
• Technical context — the page you submitted from, referrer, and browser user-agent, used for spam prevention and to understand how enquiries reach us.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits, and prepare quotes (legal basis: steps prior to a contract).
• To send you a confirmation email about your enquiry.
• To keep basic records of enquiries and projects (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Who processes it

Enquiry data is stored with Supabase (hosted in the EU) and transactional email is sent via Resend. Our construction partner Primestructures receives enquiry details to carry out site visits and builds.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting project, and then for the periods required for legal, tax and warranty purposes.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission. Contact us at info@nualiving.ie.
