Nua Living is a two-partner venture. The building is done by Primestructures, with 10 years of Insulated Concrete Formwork construction behind them — the same crews, the same system, on every site. The customer experience, from first enquiry to handover paperwork, is run by Glass Bag Recycling, an Irish company that lives and breathes service businesses.
We started Nua Living because most of what's sold as a "modular home" in Ireland is a timber or steel panel shipped in on a lorry. We believe a garden home should be a real home: poured concrete, continuously insulated, A-rated, and built to the same Building Control standard as the house it sits behind.

The wall section that does the work
Concrete core. Insulation both sides. Nothing to blow away.
Most of what's marketed as a "modular home" in Ireland is a timber or steel-framed panel, built off-site and shipped in on a lorry. Nua Living homes use Insulated Concrete Formwork (ICF) — poured and finished on your own site by Primestructures. Two layers of insulation sandwich a reinforced concrete core, so one wall does three jobs: structure, insulation, and airtightness.
